The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Welcome to Koerhuys Alkmaar! A one-of-a-kind 16th century courtyard house located at the old city center. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte. Villa-Vida is ontworpen en gebouwd in 2020. In het ontwerp is rekening gehouden met een echte bosbeleving. Door je te begeven in de luxe zitarena, zittend in een grote lederen bank kun je genieten van het mooie bos, de verschillende boskleuren en ontzettend veel verschillende vogelgeluiden. In de schemer spot je regelmatig reetjes, hertjes, konijntjes en soms een vos.
