A pellet stove warms your winter. It has a private outdoor space with dining table and bbq with direct access to the house. You can relax in our big shared garden with jacuzzi and daybed. Parking at the door. 70m2 of terrace with total privacy with several seating areas with a Jacuzzi,a shower, a BBQ and a carport with a hammock. Floor 0 - 1 living and dining room with fireplace and TV , a winter garden, a guest bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace. Floor 1 - 1 double suite, 1 double bedroom with sofa bed and child's bed if necessary, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom. All rooms have a sea view.
