Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! A space for you and your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside. You will love the outdoor spaces. The Perfect Area to enjoy Nature without buying all the Camping equipment! HAWTHORNE offers a pop up shower, portable Loo, 5 gal water cooler,firewood, queen bed & bedding, picnic tables & access to yard games. Access to Miles of groomed hiking trails Our tents are perfect for 2 but bring along extra sleeping bags & you can sleep 2 more on the big tent floor or let us know if you need a pop-up tent for extra room. You will walk-in from a parking area. Wagons are provided for your supplies.

Prairie Rock Suite Sioux Center IA NO cleaning fee

Prairie Rock Suite is a fully furnished apartment in our home’s lower level located on a cul-de-sac just 1 mile east of highway 75. You’ll find recliners, a kitchen w/a table, AND a queen bed that gets rave reviews! Warm towels and a sparkling en suite bathroom are yours. Take in the porch swing, fire pit, WiFi and Smart TV. A great office chair makes working remotely comfortable. The Suite is pet and smoke-free. Serene, clean, private...the Prairie Rock Suite! We’d love to meet you.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Country A-frame

Country A-frame near Ponca State Park on 4.5 acres of country setting. Featuring a 4-5 person hot tub as of May, 2025. Sit in the hot tub and enjoy the Nebraska sunset and stars. A frame cabin completed in 2024. Full bedroom, sleeps 2 on a queen size bed. Loft features 2 twin beds.. Kitchen with small fridge, hot plate, microwave, dishes supplied. Firepit. Parking for RV's and boats available. Enjoy scenic countryside views from front deck.

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

Tiny Home in Sioux City

This cute Tiny Home is in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It sits across the street from the Briar Cliff University baseball field. It has been completely remodeled with everything new and updated inside and out. The 400 square foot, open concept, is divided into a full kitchen, comfortable living room, queen size bedroom and large bathroom with full tub/shower and washer/dryer.

Farmhouse Getaway on a secluded 4 acres

This Air B&B offers the perfect get-away stay from the rush and stresses of life. Having beautiful views, great privacy, and a farm-like feel, it is a nice oasis to simply relax, hang out with family and friends, and enjoy some pleasurable quiet time. The house has a ton of room and is great for large groups who want to take a short (or long) vacation, soaking up the Nebraska sun.

Park Place!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Perfect for 1-5 guests! Great for work crews- two large tables (10' & 8') work great as a bench or workshop. Families love the new splash pad right across the street. We call it Park Place because we own three homes on this block- and this one sits right across from the park!
