Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! A space for you and your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside. You will love the outdoor spaces. Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

Prairie Rock Suite is a fully furnished apartment in our home’s lower level located on a cul-de-sac just 1 mile east of highway 75. You’ll find recliners, a kitchen w/a table, AND a queen bed that gets rave reviews! Warm towels and a sparkling en suite bathroom are yours. Take in the porch swing, fire pit, WiFi and Smart TV.
