A large floating dock attached to a great deck on the East shoreline is a great area to enjoy the lake. An underwater sandy area with flat rocks makes a nice swimming area. Our home is in a great central location on famous Eagle Lake's incredible fishery. It has 2 bedrooms plus an office with a sofabed plus a sofabed in the living room.

Lakefront Getaway Minutes From Town

The entrance is private and will lead to the large master bedroom as well as bathroom with laundry facilities. There is no kitchen in the unit but there is everything you need to make tea and coffee as well as a microwave and minifridge. Sliding doors in the master bedroom lead to a deck to enjoy or a BBQ to use. At 70 steps, it’s a bit of a trek to the dock, but once there, you can make use of the paddle board or kayak. Winter tires or all wheel drive highly recommended in winter!

Our home is located about 4 miles North of Baudette. Located close to all the amenities town has to offer, while also being just minutes from Lake of The Woods. Boat launch very close....Access to Lake of the Woods via boat lift on the West end of the lake (tokens for boat lift available at Reddens).
