Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and a cat share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

At every step, you are welcomed by the cheerful colors of the houses, toped with spectacular paper flowers, lemon trees, palm trees, and flowers. Inside the housing residence, there is a playground and a basketball court. The walking distance to the beach is 300m and 800m to the city center.

The sea is about 15m away from the apartment and you have access to 4 different beaches. You can enjoy the crystal clear greek waters in 3 different beaches, one of whom is sandy and childfriendly. The 4th one is about 5 min walk from the apartment where you can enjoy your coffee in a beach-bar at day or enjoy your coctails at night. Also, there is a thermal spa center at 250m walking distance with reasonable prices.

Originally the store-room and garage of the house, this cottage was recently transformed into a modern bungalow with a kitchen/living-room, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. It offers privacy and sea-view, day and night peaceful environment, a beach at 3-minute walking distance, immediate hiking opportunities.
