Welcome to your dream villa, built right beneath a cliffside! This residence features 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It is situated on a ~1.5-acre plot (~6,000 sq.m.) filled with pine and olive trees, leading down to a secluded beach via a flight of stairs. All the house area offers panoramic sea views. The outdoor spaces approximately 120 sq.m. feature multi-level seating areas one with pergola,sun loungers with umbrella,an open dining area with barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Το aloe apartment βρίσκεται στο Ξερόκαμπο σε απόσταση 50m από την παραλία Μαζιδά Άμμος. Το διαμέρισμα έχει θέα στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος. Το διαμέρισμα περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο και φούρνο και τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50m από mini market και 500m από ταβέρνες. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χαλαρώσουν στη μεγάλη αυλή και να απολαύσουν τη θέα. Στους εσωτερικούς χώρους υπάρχουν κλιματιστικά, στο σαλόνι και στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Ολα τα παράθυρα και οι μπαλκονόπορτες διαθέτουν σίτες. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη με πλυντήριο πιάτων, καφετιέρα espresso, καφετιέρα φίλτου, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ψυγείο και με όλα τα σκεύη μαγειρικής.

Πρόκειται για 2 πετρόκτιστα διαμερίσματα λίγο έξω από την Σητεία, σε αραιοκατοικημένη περιοχή. Το καθένα φιλοξενεί έως 3 ενήλικες ή 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά, ενώ το συγκρότημα περιλαμβάνει εκτάσεις κήπων όπου κυριαρχούν αμπέλια, φρούτα, λαχανικά, κ.α.. Τα τελευταία διατίθενται προς κατανάλωση, εφόσον το επιθυμείτε. Επιπλέον, τα διαμερίσματα είναι εξοπλισμένα με είδη πρωινού (καφές, μαρμελάδα, κ.α.). Γειτνιάζουν με αγροκτήματα (άλογα, σκυλιά, γάτες).
