Lovely beachfront apartment with large terrace

The property is located in Siviri, a small traditional greek fish village, on the west coast of Kassandra,80 km from Thessaloniki,few steps from the sea and 8 minutes walk from the village center(taverns,supermarket,water sports) You can enjoy your breakfast/dinner on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

Πρόκειται για ένα καινούργιο, όμορφο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα στην Κασσάνδρεια Χαλκιδικής. Το ξεχωριστό που εχει να προσφέρει αυτό το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιούν οι επισκέπτες είτε για χαλάρωση είτε για παιχνίδι σε περίπτωση που υπάρχουν παιδιά. Το μπαλκόνι διαθέτει μεγάλο τραπέζι, δύο ξαπλώστρες και όμορφη θέα στο πράσινο της Κασσάνδρειας και στο χωριό. Οι επισκέπτες έχουν πρόσβαση σε ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ που βρίσκεται ακριβώς κάτω από το σπίτι.

Studio by the sea

Our studio is 20 meters from the beach and has great view! Located near restaurants and shops with souvenirs. You are all welcome, whether you have family or pets, or just a book for company. During March, April, May and October, the place offers a relax and quiet atmosphere. On the contrary, while the tourist season begins on june, more shops open and during July, August and September the area turns into a crowded place, with tourists enjoying the best beaches and spots.

Unser Siviri Apartment liegt ruhig am nördlichen Ende des Ortes. Die Strandpromenade ist etwa 50 Meter entfernt, so dass alle Bars und Restaurants innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten erreicht werden können. Das Apartment ist "Next To The Sea" - es befinden sich keine weiteren Häuser oder Straßen zwischen Apartment und Meer. Das Meeresrauschen begleitet Euch in den Schlaf. Der Strand ist innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar und bietet genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, κλιματιστικό, τηλεόραση, ίντερνετ και βεράντα. Στη Σκάλα Φούρκας μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ελληνική παραδοσιακή κουζίνα καθώς και να κάνετε θαλάσσια σπορ.

Η παραλία βρίσκεται μπροστά στο σπιτι 1 λεπτο με τα πόδια είναι παρά πολύ μεγάλη με αμμο!! Υπάρχουν εστιατόρια σούπερ μάρκετ φαρμακειο σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά από το σπιτι !

Modern, fully furnished and on the top of the beach, with a breathtaking view of the sea, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room. All electrical and electronic amenities are included. Sleeps 4 people comfortably.
