Experience luxury living in this recently built, 2-story townhouse with a private terrace overlooking a quiet garden. Located in the prestigious Östermalm, just steps away from shopping and transportation, and close to National Park "Djurgården." The terrace features a dining table and an awning protecting from rain and sun. Two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen make it perfect for families up to 6 persons or one or two couples. This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Välkommen till vårt nybyggda gästhus, beläget på idyllisk gata med egen bastu och badrocksavstånd till stranden. Inom fem minuters promenad finns mataffär, pizzeria, och busshållplats som tar dig till Gullmarsplan på 20 minuter. I stugan finns Wifi, sällskapsspel, fullt utrustat kök, gratis parkering (med tillgång till el), uteplats med grill. Dock ingen TV. Oavsett om du längtar efter semester med familjen, en helg med din kära eller bara tid för dig själv så ser vi fram emot att välkomna er.

Serene cabin by Stockholm National Park

Enjoy walking the forest trails, swimming at the beach by the lake 1 km away, relaxing in the garden and exploring the Stockholm archipelago. Our cabin is 25 sqm with a double bed and a sleeping loft. Bathroom with shower, bbq, fridge, microwave, hotplate with a frying pan and pot, and a kettle, as well as complementary coffee and tea, is available. A direct bus to Stockholm city takes 35 min, plus five min walk to the bus stop. Come and enjoy the scenery, the birds and the silence!

A luxurious brand new nordic design apartment with fantastic views of Stockholm, right by the water, just a 10-minute walk to Liljeholmen's metro station, and close to trendy Södermalm. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee in your spacious glass-enclosed balcony with breathtaking views of the city. Later at night, enjoy a glass of wine while the city lights shine bright in the horizon as seen from the fourteenth floor of this wonderful newly constructed building.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
