Spacious, 115 m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms. Our apartment has an amazing view of Tolo bay. Located up in a small hill, 350 metres from the beach and seconds away from the bus station. There is air condition in every bedroom and a pedestal floor fan for the open living room space/ kitchen. There is NO PARKING available outside the property, but there is port free parking or you will find parking space around the neighbourhood. Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

Η θέα του Ναυπλίου, της Θαλασσας, του τεραστιου κήπου και της πισίνας είναι εκπληκτικη!

Το kanathos apartment είναι ένα ισόγειο, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα, κατασκευασμένο το 2018, που βρίσκεται στο Ναύπλιο, 1,5χλμ. από το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι Queen-size και Loft με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, με δυνατότητα διπλού. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλήρη κουζίνα, φούρνο, εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κλπ. Έχει επίσης βεράντα περίπου 30τμ με τραπέζι και καρέκλες κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση. 传统石材客房

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
