Our vacation cabin is secluded, yet not far from the small town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. A small and cozy cabin, with one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft. The cabin is small and the sleeping loft is not with a full height so adults might find it cramped, so it might be better suited for a family of 4. This is the perfect base for visiting the South Coast of Iceland, with short driving distance to f.ex Fjarðárgljúfur, Skaftafell National Park and the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon.

At the farm we have hiking and biking trails and a trail map for our guests, taking you to hidden places most people won´t have the chance to visit.

The moss covered lava surroundings are rich with berries and birdlife in the summer time.

Small Cozy Cabin just 5km from Kirkjubæjarklaustur town. Nearly in the middle between Vik (Reynisfjara) and Jokulsarlon (Glacier lagoon) The cabin is in a unique landscape called Pseudo Craters. "Landbrotshólar". It is a unique volcanic landform. Remote yet close to small town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur.

Please notice that you need to bring towel,sleeping bag or blanket with you. The cottage are at the Camp site at Kirkjubær II, Kirkjubæjarklaustur. In the cottage are small kitchen but you find WC and showers in the Service House. sleeping bag accommodations
