Hiking trails/water recreation are superclose. We are 5.8 miles from either the San Juan Ferry or the Guemes Island Ferry, where you can bike/walk on/drive on for a perfect day trip to explore the beautiful San Juan Islands or enjoy the community of Guemes Island. It is connected to City Water/Power. Tankless hotwater system which is temperamental for the shower, but great for the sinks. You will have full use of a shared firepit, BBQ, Covered space, and shared Laundry for long term quests.

We are close to many outdoor hiking adventures, lakes and fishing opportunities.

We’re outside the hustle and bustle, but only a 10 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Better yet, hop on one of our cruiser bikes and venture half a mile down the road to the Big Lake Grocery (the local’s convenience store)! Overlook Golf Course, Little Mountain trails, the Big Lake Bar and Grill and Centennial Trail are also a short drive away.
