Spacious basement suite with SHARED POOL in the sunny Okanagan. The solar heated water pool is open from Victoria Day to Labour Day, weather permitting. We use the pool on hot days for 1.5 hours around 3:30 pm. It is 2 bedroom/2 bath with full kitchen, laundry and dishwasher. Outdoors, enjoy your own BBQ and patio. The suite is has its own heating, A/C and thermostat. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. There is an electric car charger and a playground across the street.

Dogs are absolutely welcome in our home. (no additional charge) Dog beach close by. TT30 as well 110 plug in available for electric car plug ins.
