The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

This private apartment w/ EV charger (small added fee) located right the water on Otisco Lake, w/ over 300 ft of lakefront at your front door. Incredible views! A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
