Foxhole - Annexe apartment in Southgate, Gower

Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Complete with New England-style architecture and palm tree-lined streets. Residents of the coveted Pentre Nicklaus hamlet have quick and easy access to the beach, the championship Pentre Nicklaus golf course, and the Millennium coastal cycling route. The ideal base for discovering the splendour of the South Wales Coast with your family or loved one.

One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.

We swapped our lovely Narrowboat on the Grand Union for a cosy, pet friendly chalet for two with a distinct Narrowboat feel. Ideal for surfers and walkers, small, but perfectly formed with all the romance of a live aboard by the seaside. This land locked chalet has everything you could possibly need, tucked away between the Mumbles Cricket Club and the world famous Wales Coastal path. Direct Private access to the Coastal Path nearby, at the top of the road for Guests and Residents.

A 20 minutes walk to the village of Mumbles, quoted in 'The Times' Jan 2023 in Britains 22 poshest villages and renowned for its foodie scene and independent shops. Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

On the start of the coastal path to the local beaches and the spectacular Gower Peninsula and just a short walk takes you to Mumbles with its boutique shops, art galleries and picturesque seafront restaurants. A warm welcome awaits you within our traditional fisherman's cottage. Your ‘home away from home’ is located in the heart of Mumbles village with convenient links to the magnificent Gower Peninsular and Swansea City Centre. The cottage is traditional in decor and has a pretty external facade, in keeping with others in the street. It is the perfect place to stay for a short break or right through the summer! Check in is flexible!

We welcome you to our home in a beautiful location, that we would like to share with as many people as possible. Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.
