H Pansion Konstantinos βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης με θέα την θάλασσα και την χώρα. Σε απόσταση μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου και την αφετηρία των λεωφορείων του νησιού και 1,5χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο. Η οδός Παπαδιαμάντη με τα τουριστικά μαγαζιά τις καφετέριες και τα μπαράκια είναι μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Στην περιοχή γύρω από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης. The renovated Double Rooms of KIMIA Guest House, features a balcony, air-condintioning, a mini fridge, coffee machine and a comfortable double bed to enjoy your stay. The hotel is situated in the city center of the island, very close to the starting point of all buses, as well as Papadiamantis Street and the port—all within a 5-10 minute walk. Right across from the hotel, there is also a public parking area.
