Apomero Cottage - Almyra Living

Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Once used during olive harvest season, the cottage blends traditional Greek island architecture with modern comfort. It consists of two buildings: one with a bedroom and bathroom, and another with a living room, second bathroom, and a sheltered, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. An organic vegetable garden is also a plus.

My apartment is situated in the old town of Skiathos, opposite Panagia Church, on the 1st floor. Only a few minutes walk to the port, Papadiamanti street (Skiathos Town Centre), Acropolis bus station, and to the nearest beach (Megali Ammos). 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom, living room/kitchen area (sofa & single bed under the sofa), balcony,and terrace with Bbq. Washing machine,cooking pans,coffee maker,nespresso machine,linen,towels,iron,hair dryer included. Feel free to ask me anything!

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 15’ από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου και 5’ με τα πόδια από το κεντρικότερο δρόμο του νησιού, την οδό Παπαδιαμάντη. Η πιο κοντινή παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7’ με τα πόδια και είναι η μεγάλη άμμος. Είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να επισκεφθούν την Σκιάθο για λίγες μέρες έχοντας αυτή την υπέροχη θέα. Επίσης το διαμέρισμα απέχει 5’ από τον περιφερειακό δρόμο του νησιού, όπου κάνεις μπορεί να πάρει το λεωφορείο και να επισκεφτεί όλες τις διαθέσιμες παραλίες που τις συνδέει.

Welcome to Kosmima, a beautiful gem set in the heart of Skiathos town. Carefully restored, this unique home is situated 150m from both ports, close to shops, bars and restaurants. With its private courtyard you can relax in comfort. Kosmima sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. This is an old house and the ground floor has low ceilings so taller people may be more suited to the upper bedroom. The house has A/C, WiFi and USB charging points.

Seahouse, 1 bedroom beach apartment with patio

A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

Garden, Olive grove and an unforgettable sea view!

Villa Orion is situated about 1km outside the main town of Skiathos. It is approximately 25 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the road as well as a bus stop which can take you to town and to the Southern beaches. The apartment is on a hill with a beautiful 180 degree view of the sea and is surrounded by a charming garden. We suggest taking a taxi upon your arrival if you are not renting a vehicle, as the walk up the hill with heavy suitcases is not advisable.

Traditional cosy house situated in the heart of Skiathos centre(at the old town which is the oldest and most traditional place), ideal for a family of five. Just one minute away from the famous pillows bars and a few minutes away from the sea! In a very quite neighbourhood very close to the port of Skiathos (400m), the bus stop (number 4, 500m) and 2,5km to the airport. The house has fast internet connection and 43inch smart tv (Netflix, YouTube, Cosmote tv ext)
