A beautiful house (90m² on 2 floors) with a view to the old port. Near comodities (bus station, shops, restaurants...) 3 minutes by walk to the port 5 minutes by walk to the sea; this charming house is perfect if you want to spend holydays with your family or with friends in a greek surrounding. In the yard (25m²) you can have dinners... And on the 1st floor there are one balcony and terrasse (6m²)surrounded by the sun and with a view. When the house is rented, nobody share it with you.

Our house is an one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Is located at the center of Skiathos town. The nearest beach is 200m far away and the nearest parking space 100m. The main street and the port of Skiathos is less than 5 minutes on foot. Traditional tavernas, trattorias are located next to the house! The house is appropriate for people who don't want to use vehicle on their holidays because the house is located in the heart of the island!

Me and my family are excited to welcome you to our summer apartment! The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island. The apartment is a lovely semi-basement with plenty of space to welcome up to four people and a beautiful garden, just in front of the house, with an incredible view of the sea!

This little apartment is just 15 minutes from the port of Skiathos and 5 minutes from the most famous street of the island on foot. It's ideal for people that want to visit the island of Skiathos and stay for a few days. In addition to that the house is 5 minutes close to the ring road in case you want to take the bus to visit all the available beaches that are accessible through the ring road

Καθώς το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού απέχει μόλις 500μ από το λιμάνι του νησιού και 2 λεπτά από την αφετηρία των λεοφωρείων. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες.
