Leiligheten ligger øverst i Skaret på Valderøya like utenfor Ålesund med panoramautsikt over skipsleia lang kysten. 10-15 minutters kjøretur til Ålesund sentrum, ca. 10. min til flyplassen. Turmuligheter like utenfor døren til fjellet Signalen med utsikt i alle retninger, eller til de andre øyene Godøya, Giske eller Vigra. På Alnes, som ligger på Godøya, er det kunstgalleri/kafe med utsikt ut i havet. Kort vei til alle severdighetene i Ålesund og Sunnmørsfjellene med alle sine turmuligheter.

Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Velkommen til øverste etasje i Grønebelgvegen 25. Nyt en kopp kaffe og frokost med nydelig utsikt over Sunnmørsalpene og Ellingsøy fjorden. Leiligheten befinner seg i et rolig nabolag. Her er bysentrum 5 minuter kjøring unna. Fjell og turområde lett tilgjengelig, i tillegg til alt Ålesund har å by på i direkte nærhet. Fantastic view from sitting area outside apartment! Partly also with roof and heat lamp for colder or rainy days. Perfect for breakfast and relax in the evening with a view even with not the best weather. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and one bathroom. Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need.

House touching the fjord

Welcome to our new holiday house. This is one of a few house that is completely at sea side in this region. It's a great place for just relaxing, and enjoying the fabulous view, but also an excellent starting point for sightseeing, hiking, swimming or fishing in the fjord/river. Skiing and several other activities are easily available in the area, dependig on season. Excelent for couple and family(s) with kids. Private access to the fjord. 800m walk to restaurants and shops.

"Gamlehuset"

På idylliske Sæbøneset gard ligg "Gamlehuset". Med panoramautsikt ut over dei majestetiske "Sunnmørsalpane" ligg garden som har vore i familien i fleire generasjoner. Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.

Kapteinåsen, Sæbø

Koselig feriehus med fantastisk utsikt mot Hjørundfjorden. Flere uteplasser/terrasse, bålpanne og grill. Utendørs jacuzzi for 5-6 personer. Huset ligger 35m fra parkeringsplass i hellende terreng. Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.
