The apartment is located on the beach, just a few steps away from the sea, the apartments guarantee a unique, relaxing and safe stay.

"Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος είναι κοντά σε όλα, διευκολύνοντας τον προγραμματισμό του ταξιδιού σας. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ ευρύχωρο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με άνεση 4 άτομα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι κεντρικό, ευρύχωρο, διαμπερές και με υπέροχη θέα. Ό,τι χρειαστεί κανείς είναι δίπλα του και είναι ιδανικό για παρέες όπως και οικογένειες. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική σκάλα. Περιέχει κουζίνα, δυο μπάνια, τρία υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, ένα μπαλκόνι και μία ταράτσα.

Διαμέρισμα 40 τ.μ. δύο υπνοδωματίων. Το κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο έχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον τρίτο όροφο και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο με σκάλα. Μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι 60 τ.μ. με Barbeque. Μοναδική θέα προς τη θάλασσα. Το διαμέρισμα έχει επίσης κουζίνα και μπάνιο.
