Situated beside Camustianavaig Bay, the house enjoys a rural location, yet is only five miles from Portree. The house has been featured in a number of publications including Elle Decoration, Conde Nast Traveller, Time Out, and Homes & Interiors Scotland. NB: the five-mile road to Camustianavaig is a single track (tarmac) road.

A second small bathroom with shower can also be found within the property.
