Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Where the log burner now sits, the original boiling tanks sat, a real piece of history. It benefits from double height ceilings, to create a real feeling of space, and is split level with only three steps between floors. As the only property in the village with french doors opening onto the beck side, it really is a place to savour.

Access to the on site indoor swimming pool which is open from 15th feb 2026 until November 2026(one time fee£10/£20), laundrette (one time fee of £10), playpark and swings right outside the back door. Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley. Due to its location our much loved cottage is not for you if steps are an issue!

Bay Tree Cottage is located in a peaceful location a stones throw away from the beach and the Cod & Lobster with the other village amenities only a short stroll away. The spacious cottage has been fully renovated throughout to a high standard. It features a wood burning stove, a great outside area and the sea views from the master bedroom are breathtaking. It is suitable for couples & families alike, ideal for both relaxing or a more energetic break, for example walking the Cleveland Way.

Summerfield 平房

Summerfield bungalow is located just outside the village of Hawsker, midway between Whitby & Robin Hood’s bay. The bungalow is private, detached, not overlooked & is spacious, bright with stunning views from every window. From the front you can see Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church approx 20 metres away & from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.

On the ground floor, there is a cloakroom with a WC and hand basin, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge diner. Patio doors lead out to a charming garden with decking and a dining area.
