Kamar 1 (lantai 1) : 2 kasur single (120x200) Kamar 2 (lantai 2) : 2 kasur double (160 x 200) Terletak di tengah kota, dekat dengan minimarket (indomaret dll) dan tempat makan. Meskipun terletak di tengah kota, tetapi suasana disini cukup tenang karena masuk diarea perumahan. Bagi tamu yang membawa mobil sendiri, bisa memarkirkan mobil didepan halaman rumah dengan free.
