Relax & explore with the whole family on 107+ privately owned acres of secluded wetland wilderness. There are 2 cabins sharing the 107 acres; the Loghouse, which accommodates up to 10 guests and the Birdhouse, which accommodates up to 6 guests. There are numerous activities to experience on the property; canoe & kayak the cypress ponds, birding, hike the trails into the wetlands, swim or tube the sandy bottom creek, fish the front pond or creek, or just relax around a fire and gaze at the stars.

Located on 220 acres adjacent to the Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge, the property includes freshwater lakes, a beach, and multiple trails for a beautiful morning or evening walk. Guests have easy access to the BCNWR for deer, hog, etc. hunting, as well as canoes and kayaks. We have blueberries, whitetail deer and chickens supplying fresh eggs, when laying.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cabin was built in the 1950's for housing dairy workers. It sits on 11 acres. This area is an old dairy farm. Lots of family history here going all the way back to WWII. 1 bedroom with queen size bed, small laundry room, queen size fold out couch, pots and pan, dishes, microwave, stove and refrigerator with ice maker. Super fast high speed internet. Roku tv's. Peaceful front porch with rocking chairs and very tranquil view.

The Hippie Fish

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled right on the edge of the Old River Wildlife Management Area, in Henlyfield, MS, you will have plenty of land to hunt, ride ATV’s or fish on the river (with proper permits/licenses of course!). A public boat launch is less than 5 minutes away which allows access to the Old River( by boat is the best way to fish). If hunting or fishing is not your thing, you can come enjoy the great outdoors or hang out by the fire pit.
