The outdoor balcony and deck are great for watching the sunset or relaxing with a cold one. The deck includes ample dining space, hammocks, kayaks, and outdoor activities.

Experience this cozy and updated waterfront home with private dock for fishing and crabbing with boat parking (the boat launch is just a few minutes down the road), less than a 30 minute drive to the center of New Orleans.

NOLA Pied-A-Terre steps from Audubon & Clancy’s

The pied-a-terre has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bath. The combined living and dining room has large windows allowing for abundant sunlight. Local artwork is featured and the place is very comfortable. TV's are included in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.

This Uptown unit is a private studio in my home (NO shared space with rest of home) with private entrance & parking. Ideal for single/couple who want to stay in a neighborhood. The area is quiet, and is racially & economically diverse. Unit does NOT have full kitchen (fridge & microwave). 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests. Dogs allowed & on premises.
