Since 2024, the house has its own power plant, so it is energy self - sustaining.

The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. During the stay the guests have the entire house and the back porch to themselves. When not exploring the rest of the region you can enjoy your food on the back porch table. There's an outdoor kitchen as well a charcoal barbecue ready at all times. And for those quick fresh showers after the beach there's an outdoors shower as well.

This beautiful attached house "Casa Irmi" in Bibali is situated on a hill with a fabulous view on the old city of Buje and the mediterranean sea. Enjoy the nice common garden with a big swimming pool and have your evening meal on our terrace with a view on a grandiose sunset. Try excellent Istrian food in one of the surrounding cozy konobas. Bibali 2 km from the centre of Buje, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 12 km from the sea.

Our terraced house is located in the old city centre. We renovated it in 2022, newly whitewashed it and fully furnished it. We preserved the traditional Mediterranean furnishings with individual elements of modern design. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the health centre, shops, taverns, a cinema, the bus station, parking spaces, the marina... The sea is 5 minutes and the swimming pool is 10 minutes away.
