Comfortable, private home very close to Bethel Woods on a quiet dead-end street in a desirable mountain lake community. Two bedrooms & a loft, WiFi, heat/AC, deck with BBQ grill, picnic table & fire pit. In the heart of the Sullivan County Catskills centrally located to the many attractions this vacation recreation area has to offer: site seeing, concerts, hiking, camping, skiing, breweries/wineries, boating, parks, antiquing, casinos, wedding venues, museums, Delaware River, hunting/fishing etc

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The Original Bungalow, part of the @boutiquerentals_ collection, is a Scandi-chic, newly renovated nature retreat just 2 hours from NYC. Enjoy lake access: swim, take the canoe or paddle boards out, or float on inner tubes under the sun. For a scenic adventure, go tubing on the Delaware. Stroll to the waterfall, explore forest trails or visit Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, local breweries & charming towns like Callicoon & Livingston Manor. At night, fire up the BBQ or unwind by the fire pit.

Surrounded by serene Catskills countryside, you’ll feel a world away, yet still be just minutes from outdoor activities, a thriving food scene, and Bethel Woods just 35 min away. Inside, you’ll stay cool with AC, a cozy queen bed, kitchenette, dining table, reliable wifi, and full bath. Outside, relax by the fire pit or cook on the charcoal grill. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

The Schoolhouse at Kenoza Lake

The Schoolhouse at Kenoza Lake. This late 1800's renovated schoolhouse is the perfect getaway. Only a 2 hour drive from NYC. Old world charm with modern finishes. House features one bedroom plus a sleeping loft, a total of 3 beds plus a bunk bed, claw foot tub, cast iron wood stove, dinner barn, sleeping loft, vegetable garden, outdoor fire pit with bistro lights and Adirondack chairs. 10-20 min driving distance to all of Sullivan County's culinary offerings. 7 min drive to grocery store.

Insta @bluehouseofcatskills offers a year-round retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Spectacular stary nights, wildlife in the backyard, hiking trails, swimming and skiing all a short drive away. The Blue House is a wonderful getaway for all to enjoy. Modern and contemporary design the Blue House offers comfortable king and queen bedrooms and a spacious living area.

Waterfront Cozy A Frame - Enchanting River Cabin

Enchanting River is a magical 2BR 1Bath A-Frame home secluded on 4 acres of serine forest nestled beside beaver brook running right below the house. This magical get away is just 2 hours from NYC. If you need a break from the hustle of every day life; this is the place to be surrounded by nature & let yourself unwind. As dawn turns to daybreak, there’s nothing more pleasant than being drawn from slumber by the sound of gushing water & bird chirps echoing through each surface of the property.

Cozy Lakeside Cabin by Bethel Woods & Casino

This is a 1000 square-foot, two-bedroom log cabin with a sleeping loft. I prefer groups of 4 or less but may accommodate more for an extra fee. Enjoy the new fire pit out back on a cold night or play some Pac Man on the new standing arcade indoors. Plenty of board games are available and my kitchen is stocked with spices and cookware. Walk Mountain Lake, which sits across the street and spans exactly 2 miles around. Or just get some R&R - my beds are so comfy!

Mtn. Laurel Cabin

Nestled in 5 acres of serene forest blanketed with Mountain Laurels is this modern cabin with all the amenities you need to relax and unwind. Just minutes from downtown Hamlet of Narrowsburg and the Delaware River there is so much to see and do here. You could also stay at home and enjoy a meal on the spacious private deck, explore the property, bird watch, or let your worries melt away in the sauna.
