Hollyhock Cottage

Hollyhock Cottage offers welcoming accommodation within the beautiful Kent countryside. With 2 double bedrooms and one twin, the cottage can sleep up to 6 people. A travel cot is available on request. ​The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with woodburner. At the back of the cottage is a spacious conservatory, ideal for dining. The bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower room and w.c. on the first floor. Outside is off-road parking and a private garden with BBQ.

The Honey Barn

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the beautiful Kent countryside off of a country lane overlooking fields with stunning views towards the village of Mersham. Relax and enjoy countryside walks, where you can spot the local farm animals, sheep and lambs in the spring, and the gentle trot of horses along the lane from the nearby stables. Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

The South Stable is a unique, recently redecorated stable with a little bit of Morden rustic country living thrown in. A beautiful renovation with wool carpets, handmade kitchen and top-end appliances, its scrumptious dark green bathroom with walk-in shower, roll-top bath and plaster walls. This stunning, renovated Victorian Farm, red brick barn is nestled on the idyllic Romney Marsh Ridge. The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

Our Idyllic cottage which is set in the country side overlooking the north downs, which offers two guest accommodation. It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.

This cottage sits in the Kent Downs amongst many idyllic walks and cycle routes. It is family friendly, clean and has fast fibre broadband. Surrounded by beautiful views, this is a perfect peaceful getaway. The cottage is thoughtfully designed to allow for a comfortable stay and there is a huge garden to let the kids explore whilst you sit and relax. The Five Bells pub is a short walk away and offers great locally sourced high end dining and a well stocked gin bar.

We welcome you to enjoy our detached studio space nestled between the villages of Smeeth and Brabourne, we are lucky to have wonderful views and the country walks are plentiful. Historic town of Canterbury is nearby but beach is only a short drive away too. Being just over an hour from London and 10 minutes from the Euro tunnel its ideal for a 'quick stop off' or a 'tranquil get away'.

The Old Dairy has been refurbished and is clean, bright and welcoming.The bedroom has a neutral decor with lamps to provide more subtle lighting in the evening if required. The bed is a king size with a duck down and feather duvet and pillows. There is a two seater sofa and a flatscreen tv with DVD player. The bathroom is spacious and clean.
