Cliff's Cabin - authentic Montana retreat

Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. A stellar location, you will be hard-pressed to find a more memorable authentic cabin experience during your Montana travels

Rustic 1-bedroom cabin with loft and country charm

Enjoy relaxing in quiet solitude in this rustic, cozy 1 room cabin with loft. Three queen beds and a sofa hide-a-bed. Small refrigerator, cooktop and microwave. Located 1 hour from Jackson and 2 hours from Yellowstone. There is no wi-fi in the cabin but you can make the short walk to the main house if you need to connect. There is a fire pit for evening s’mores, fire wood is provided. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. No pets allowed.

The home is just outside Boise National Forest in Wildlife Canyon and an hour out of Eagle, Meridian and Boise. Guests will have access to the entire home. Choice of bedroom, either main floor or second floor. Bedrooms have an elegant walk-in shower. The second floor has two bedrooms, a kitchenette with mini frig, microwave, electric skillet, toaster oven and Kuerig and a deck with a hot tub, grill and bar height table and seating for four.

The cabin takes its name from one of the peaks you'll see right out your window, Alturas 1 (Our 2 BR cabin is named for the next peak to the north... Alturas 2. Our cabin is the perfect combination of comfortable modern amenities, with access to all of Montana's incredible attractions and recreation. The cabin is easily accessed year round by any vehicle, and is only ten minutes from downtown Stevensville, a wonderful community.

This log home is nestled on 2 acres in the heart of Paradise Valley. Beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen. Yellowstone park is 30 min away. Chico hot springs 10 min.Breath taking views in every direction. I have great news, the WIFI is up and running. ( 03/24/2017) We do have cell service in the area. The latest addition is Air Conditioning to the house. She made a difference in the house. You'll love it.
