It is situated close to Mackay, (approximately 6 miles) and hosts many ATV and hiking trails. Mt Borah trailhead, Idaho’s tallest mountain, is 20 miles up the valley. The reservoir, and rivers are ideal fishing spots. We now have high speed Internet, so this is an excellent place to work remotely.

The Cottage is a sweet retreat in the foothills of the Bitterroot Mountains, 2 miles outside of Hamilton, Montana. We are a family of four living the good life on our small hobby farm. The Cottage is our vacation rental nestled into the center of our 5 acre property. Complete with it's own driveway and nicely fenced off from the rest of the busy goings on of the barnyard, it is separate from our space, but animal sights and sounds are sometimes a part of the experience.

Located at the upper end of Main Street in old town Challis, this 1930’s store front has been converted to a spacious getaway that is close to local restaurants and bars and within minutes of groceries, gas and shopping making it easy to plan your visit.

Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.
