It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. For the adventure traveler, try a night or two in a sheep wagon. Home on wheels to early sheep herders in the mountains of Montana, this hand built wagon sits on our 30 acre homestead. Finished under canvas with tongue and groove pine, this very small space offers a unique lodging experience. Inside is a nice queen size bed, 2 bench seats, and a pull out dining table. Enjoy mountain views from the outside bench, rocker & fire pit. Bathroom facilities in our nearby shop.

Fall asleep to the sound of a rushing creek in this charming and secluded yurt. Includes a full bathroom with a shower. Enjoy outdoor dining next to a seasonal waterfall, and watch butterflies and hummingbirds in our wildflower garden during the summer. Winter guests will experience a cozy fire in the pellet stove, and our year-round creek. If our chickens are feeling generous, you may find some farm fresh eggs waiting for you in the fully equipped kitchen.

This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided.
