This spot is near historic downtown, riverwalk, live oak bank pavilion, greenfield lake amphitheater, breweries, & amazing restaurants! Walk a couple of blocks to Castle Street district for insane eats (Castle Street Kitchen, Jesters, Coco Pipa, Caffe Luna). Also walkable: trendy cargo district in one direction, or Wilmy’s amazing riverwalk for sunsets, shopping, & amazing dining. Under 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.

Fishing paradise, breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck, steps to the water. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

The owner/operator is a chef and former manager of a five star lodging facility in Italy.
