Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located studio! Everything is right there! Need rentals? Want to shop in the village or go to a concert? Ready to ski/snowboard? Just walk downstairs! Want to people watch? For that, you can just look out the window. This cozy studio couldn’t be in a better location to all the action yet is still perfect for relaxing and people watching from the window. If you have little ones, we have a pack-n-play (will need sheets).

Hit the Slopes from Ridgewood (free firewood!)

Stay here! In the coziest studio on the mountain, across from Powderidge slope/lift. Sleeps 4: queen bed + sleeper sofa (both with new foam mattresses), and a self-inflating air mattress, just in case. You'll have a full kitchen (with a Keurig and kcups), Roku streaming device, washer/dryer, a wood burning fireplace with FREE FIREWOOD (during ski season), and a balcony that backs up into a wooded area with plenty of deer to greet you. :)

Self-check-in/out; this condo has a view looking straight down Widow Maker/Soaring Eagle Express. Out the door you have the ability to get a warm up from the flume series. The Flume series crosses the 5 main lifts; Soaring Eagle, Ballhooter, Grab hammer, Power Monkey, and Powder Ridge. In addition, the first floor of this condominium consists of rentals, Hoots Restaurant*, and lift ticket check-in*. *only available during winter season.

Slope-side - Ski in, Ski out with a View

Your family will have all the necessary amenities in one place when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Conveniently located at the top of the Soaring Eagle Express for easy pit stops. Soaring Eagle lift is tentatively fully operational starting late December. During the winter, Hoots Lounge, hot tubs, and equipment rentals are available on the 1st floor. Summer time lends itself to a quiet escape with epic sunrises.

Modern meets old world charm in this newly renovated Highland House condo! Enjoy a fabulously appointed unit with many unique barnwood accents! The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, induction cooktop and a pullout table for two. The king-sized memory foam bed is amazing and at 14 inches off the ground, is the perfect height to store unused luggage.
