Visit Tumbarumba Rail Trail,Paddy's River Falls, Hume & Hovell Trackheads, Sculpture Trail,Southern Cloud Lookout, Mt Selwyn Snowfield & Upper Murray drives. Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

Our 2 cottages are uniquely constructed with open beams and a cozy atmosphere. They are self-contained with linen provided and efficient reverse cycle air conditioned. Our very private Eco Cottages are fully self contained and fully sustainable with 100% solar power and all water used is rain water which is collected on site. The individual cottages are very private in parkland surrounds. Situated only 2klm from the centre of town. There are no neighbours and is very quiet. There are many native animals on site. The cottages have a full kitchen with oven, hotplates and microwave. All linen is supplied. They are very large with 80 sq m living.

This renovated settler's cottage is the perfect place for those wanting to explore this region and enjoy the peace and quiet of country life. Central to Holbrook (30mins) with its historical submarine and specialty shops, Tumbarumba (30mins) with its wineries and cafes, Rosewood (15 mins) with the rail trail to Tumbarumba. Home cooked meals are available on request.

"The Residence" in the heart of Tumbarumba

The Residence was formerly the office residence in Tumbarumba's caravan park, and has been relocated and refurbished to a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage just a short walk from the main street of town for visiting pubs, cafes and shops. Two of the bedrooms contain queen beds with two king singles in the third bedroom. It has a spacious open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioner, full kitchen facilities and washing machine.
