Our quiet family hunting lodge is situated on 29 picturesque acres of beautiful, rural, upstate NY farmland. The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and the sunsets, rises and stars are incomparable. Hot tub, volleyball court, pool table, darts, board games and MORE for you to enjoy. This waterfront family cottage, built in 1950 by my grandfather, retains its vintage charm but has been renovated to offer modern features. It's perched above Sodus Bay w/ perfect sunset views & stairs down to private seasonal dock, sitting area, private rock beach, 2-person & 1-person kayaks, canoe, & floats. Renovations include HVAC, ceiling fans, flooring, windows, paint, full-size washer/dryer, & mostly new furniture.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage. Just a 7 minute walk to the village of Sodus Point where there are several restaurants and ice cream shops(seasonal). Also, close by is Sodus Point Beach which is great for long walks along the water. We also have 2 kayaks with paddles for use, a fire pit and a basketball hoop.
