It's perched above Sodus Bay w/ perfect sunset views & stairs down to private new permanent dock, sitting area, private rock beach, 2-person & 1-person kayaks, & floats. Renovations include HVAC, ceiling fans, flooring, windows, paint, full-size washer/dryer, & mostly new furniture.
