The Peppermint Cottage is a place for guests to “Step Back in Time” and experience the simple pleasures of life including a warm fire, relaxing under the stars in a hot tub, sauna or strolling our gardens. Hillside Retreat Walking Distance to Downtown

Private spacious suite with separate entry and brand new bathroom. You will have the entire walkout lower level with a full bathroom including laundry. Beautiful queen bedroom set. Comfortable sectional with chaise ready for you to put your feet up and unwind. This has a pullout queen size bed for extra sleeping. Game table stocked with supplies. Coffee bar with all of the essentials including a mini fridge and microwave. You can even get your exercise in with using the treadmill.

1845 School House in the Heart of Pultneyville

Fully renovated in the spring of 2021. According to the Pultneyville Historical Society, the first school, a small crude building, was built on this site in 1808. It burned in 1816 and was replaced by a larger schoolhouse. The cobblestone building was built in 1845 and served as a school until 1943 when the Williamson School District centralized. It is now a private residence. Notice the cobbles set at an angle. A metal bar circles the building as reinforcement — a modern addition.

1400 sq. ft. apartment in the town of Walworth, NY. Entire second floor with its own separate entrance, located within walking distance to the supermarket and beautiful town park. Situated on 3 acres, it offers its own seclusion while being close to the amenities. Close by are numerous Golf courses as well as fine dining. Within a half hour drive are the Finger Lakes, Lake Ontario and Rochester. Enjoy this beautiful home with spring and summer views at their finest!

Unbelievable quaint cottage on beautiful Skaneateles Lake. Cozy up in this adorable lakeside getaway. Enjoy 140 feet of level lake front. Features include an active stream, dock for your boat, easy lake access, kayaks for use, as well as a water's edge fire pit on the point. Sleeps 2 adults. ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)

Esten-Wahl Farm - Historic Landmark Victorian Home

The farm is 30 acres of pasture, woods and a stream - peaceful, yet within a bike ride to the village of Fairport and the Erie Canal. There is a small cottage hidden behind the historic barn where we live and care for the animals on the farm. Our guests' privacy is paramount and the farm is yours to wander and enjoy (including the pool and tennis court) as you wish! The pool is open mid-May through Mid-September.

Fair Haven White House

Newly renovated home with a nice bay view, covered back patio, large yard for games and campfires, and shared limited water access for relaxing by the water. We have now decided to stay open year-round. Welcome all who love the activities and beauty of our area during November to March. We are one of the few rentals that are pet-friendly (with a small extra cleaning fee) and also allow a single night stay.
