Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

A great walking and biking area with easy access to the City Pier and great sunsets from the front porch or sunrises from the back deck! ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
