Imagine yourself here. In the heart of Norway’s dramatic fjord landscape lies this traditional Norwegian sea house, transformed into a dream vacation retreat. Set directly on the water with views of the iconic Hornelen mountain, it offers a true lighthouse feeling and the warmth of Scandinavian hygge. Relax in your private sauna or bathtub with a view, take a Viking dip in the icy sea, hike forests and mountains, enjoy self-caught fish for dinner, watch storms roll in or stargaze by the bonfire.

Cottage of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms plus loft. Own kitchen with crockery. The cottage is in a peaceful area with 3 other cabins. The chalet is at the end of a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Birdbox Lotsbergskaara is located at Lote, in Western Norway, at an elevation of 270 metres above sea level. With one of Norway’s most breathtaking views of fjords and mountains, you’ll experience a true sense of quiet luxury and a calm, relaxing stay. While you relax in the comfortable cabin, you might be lucky enough to spot deer grazing and eagles soaring just outside the window. WiFi, Satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, wood burner, dishwasher, clothes washing machine, microwave plus fully equipped kitchen. Free private parking. Australian/Norwegian hosts.
