This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Litet hus med dubbelsäng, stargazetält 19 kvm med fem sängar. Charmig villa med sjöutsikt ett stenkast från centrum, endast 5 minuters promenadavstånd från Sigtunas pittoreska gågata. Huset är väldigt rymligt med 4 sovrum + 1 sovrum i gäststuga med anslutning till huset och erbjuder gott om plats för både familj och vänner. Både hus och tomt med stor terass är fullt möblerad, 50 meter från egen brygga som har badplats. I huset finns både bastu samt en öppen spis och två kakelugnar som förgyller vistelsen.

Boutique Design- perfect location..

A contemporary and cosy house with panorama windows, the nature is the art. And cheaper to rent- then the nearest Hosel (based on 4p) Have a barbecue on the deck, or go for a swim in the lake or sea close by. Enjoy your stay at this house- who are close to the city, but in the middle of serenity.. We expect to find the house in the same clean condition as we left it.
