Located just outside of the small town of Santa Catarina Palopó, Villa Black & White is a great place for a retreat with family & friends. The house has two bedrooms upstairs, each with: 2 double beds, TV, bathroom with shower and a balcony with an amazing view of Lake Atitlán. Downstairs you have a very spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, bar and terrace including a private jacuzzi. Outside you'll find the pool and sun-terrace, which are shared common areas.

Villa Eggedal is situated on the North shore of Lake Atitlan in the peaceful village of Santa Cruz. Ten acres of beautifully manicured gardens with pool overlook the lake and its surrounding volcanoes. The gardens make this a bird-watcher's paradise. There are 7 properties on this amble estate. The views are amazing but it does involve walking up numerous steps. If you are arriving after dark, please make sure to bring a torch with you. Only arrive by boat and not by car.
