Welcome to Sea La Vie! We are happy to share our amenity-filled beach house with you. The home is conveniently located in downtown Ocean City-NJ, near some of the town's favorite coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and boutiques. Sea La Vie is a quick walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes from the sand and boardwalk. Our home is equipped with all you need to have a fantastic stay. We love being able to share our home so that you and your loved ones can create unforgettable memories!

Charming new construction in desirable north end of town. Quiet neighborhood. The listing is the 1st floor of a 2 family home. The owner (me) lives above. The large front porch greets you on arrival. Inviting, airy and bright open floor plan. One queen size bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Pack and play in the closet. Air mattress on request. Some toys, books and puzzles for rainy days. There is off street parking for 1 car. Quick walk or bike ride to the beach

Nestled in the charm of the Ocean City Historic District, one can take refuge from automobiles, as the apartment is located in walking distance to shopping, the beach, boardwalk, and the bay sporting area. The neighborhood is designed for a slow and easy lifestyle, so park the car and take advantage of the great restaurants, parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, and the beach. Pets are welcome, too. Please, add them to the reservation along with the fee.

Located on Stone Harbor Boulevard. Minutes from the beach. The bare essentials but you will be spending most of your vacation outside on the beach, exploring Stone Harbor, or outside crabbing and paddle boarding during high tide. During low tide, enjoy being surrounded by the wetlands habitat. $195 per night.(NO cleaning fee) FIRST floor unit. Stone Harbor Blvd is a 35 mph road which leads into Stone Harbor. Please read below about the tide(see pics of low tide) coming in and out 2x’s a day.

Newly renovated studio apartment -only steps away from the Ocean City boardwalk-with side ocean views. This is a prime location with walking distance of everything people come to Ocean City for! Our space is compact and small yet well-suited for a 2 person getaway with one queen bed! Bedroom measures 16' x 12' with a full sized attached bathroom and wall mounted fireplace for cozy evenings. Two beach passes, small umbrella, and beach chairs in room for your use during stay.

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building.
