It's tucked in a quiet valley (wooded creek out back!) but has central access. Enjoy a family BBQ on the secluded rear deck with fenced in backyard. We're also dog friendly! Two bedrooms, a stocked kitchen, and a single floor layout, the cabin is just the right size for cozy relaxing or a home base for your summer/winter adventures.

Sip your morning coffee while taking in mountain views, then walk or drive .6 miles down to your own dock space to swim, fish, or simply enjoy your favorite cold beverage on the gorgeous Indian Lake. Cap off your day with dinner and drinks at the Lodge, which is a short .2 mile walk from the chalet.

Relax with family, friends, or enjoy a solo retreat at this peaceful place to stay in the country. Chestnut House was built in the early 1940s, with Wormy Chestnut wood everywhere! It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This space available to rent is separate and fully functional from the main house where we live. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area.. along with the large outdoors!

Once considered the grossdaudy or "grandfather" house this furnished apartment now offers private space for guests. The apartment is handicap accessible with a paved parking area and private entrance. Everything you need is conveniently located on one floor with additional space in a loft accessed by a set of spiral stairs. Somerset offers a wide variety of activities just minutes away including skiing, hiking, fishing, and biking. The kitchen in the home is fully equipped and you'll find a washer and dryer available in the lower level. Enjoy coffee on the new deck added Summer ‘22.
