You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. We have created a self contained one bedroom unit as a luxurious bed and breakfast within our 17 th century farmhouse cottage. It boasts an inglenook fireplace and wood burner with an open plan living and dining area. There is a small kitchenette and a choice of continental breakfast is provided. The cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ashcott overlooking the Quantock hills with beautiful views and has access to many country walks.

Countryside river walks, castles & museums are all on the doorstep.

Harptree Hideaway is close to historic Bath, vibrant Bristol and Wells with its Cathedral and Bishops Palace. We are very close to Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole. We are surrounded by fabulous pubs and places to visit e.g Chew Valley Lake, famous for its bird watching. East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen. It is spacious, comfortable and cosy.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

The Old Potting Shed, Staplegrove, Taunton

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the beautiful picturesque village of Staplegrove. Nestled on the edge of the Quantock Hills, The Old Potting Shed is a self contained holiday let enjoying views of the surrounding gardens with pretty shrubs and our own pet chickens wandering around. There is a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. A wonderful array of pubs are just on the doorstep as well as a village shop.

Our annexe has been refurbished to provide a high-end environment, ideal for 2 adults to relax in. It is set in an area called the Allertons, a cluster of beautiful character villages. It is always a pleasure to stroll around. The pace is relaxed, the locals are very friendly and will direct you to the local pubs and shops if requested. The Mendip hills , Wells and Glastonbury are very near, and all offer so much for sight seekers.
