River Oaks is joined to acres of dairy farming land and overlooks a horse stud across the river with direct access to the Mary River. We are located in a small riverfront laneway with just 3 properties, and yet just a 4 min drive to the village of Kenilworth. Children, adults and pets have a fabulous time spreading out on the river front lawns and accessing the river for swims, kayaking or fishing. Or just sit beside the outdoor (or indoor) fire and relax and unwind while the family play.

The space is quite large and can easily accommodate 6 people. Extra people at $15 pp/pn. It has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. All windows and doors have security screens. The cabin includes a swimming pool with a large entertainment deck with excellent views. At night you can stargaze on the deck or sit in front of the warm fireplace inside.

Erinvale is 3 bedroom home on 5 acres with one of the best views of Lake Somerset and only 2 minutes from Kirkleigh Boat Ramp. This is our holiday home in the country and is a perfect location for all water sports on Somerset Dam, a relaxing getaway or base for attending a wedding at one of the local wedding venues. We also welcome guests working in the area.
