A kertben: napvitorla, hintaágy, virágok, veteményes. Parkolás az udvarban. Strand, üzletek, központ, vasútállomás, rendelőintézet, hajóállomás 500 méteren belül. Mi házigazdák a ház hátsó, külön bejáratú részén lakunk anya+a lánya+cica:) Ez a különleges hely mindenhez közel van, így könnyű megtervezni a látogatást.

A ház a Mecsek ölelésében, Pécs gyönyörű, donátusi részében helyezkedik el. Tökéletes, nyugodt elvonulóhely kettőtöknek. A ház tágas tereiben és a pazar panorámájában igazi pihenés vár. A belváros közel, annak minden lehetőségével mégis elég távol, hogy csöndes helyre tudjatok elvonulni. A környező erdő és települések megannyi lehetőséget tartogatnak számotokra, attól függően mivel töltenétek az időtöket. Mecseki túra? Borkóstoló vagy városnézés? Esetleg egymás felfedezése? The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a private accommodation.

Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.
