Ngôi nhà đoạt nhiều giải thưởng kiến trúc quốc tế trong đó bao gồm Dezeen Awards 2020 ( winner: Urban house of the year ). Ngôi nhà được sắp đặt độc đáo để tạo ra hệ thống Aquaponics: Khu vườn cây trên mái nhà thu nước mưa để tưới cây. Sau đó nước thải từ vườn cây chuyển về hồ cá dưới mặt đất. Dưỡng chất của nước hồ cá sẽ bơm trở lại để tưới cho vườn cây trên mái nhà. Tái tạo khép kín.
