Indoors Welcome to a charming older summer house that exudes coziness and comfort. It accommodates 5 people, making it ideal for a family vacation or a relaxing weekend with friends. The summer house features a lovely open kitchen connected to the dining area and a cozy living room. In the living room, you will find a wood-burning stove that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, as well as a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and delightful underfloor heating for extra comfort. The house boasts two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms are equipped with separate floor heating. Outdoors The summer house is situated on a small, beautiful natural plot close to the child-friendly beach in Vemmingbund. The garden is a biodiversity oasis, emphasizing the preservation and highlighting of various plants. Inside the holiday home, you will find information and stories about the garden's plants and their significance. The garden also features an elegant pavilion and a lovely covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a grill, allowing you to fully enjoy outdoor life. Location Vemmingbund is known for its child-friendly sandy beach and offers amenities such as a playground and restaurant, making it an ideal vacation destination for families. The area around Flensborg Fjord is rich in both historical and modern attractions. In northern Als lies Universe, an exciting theme park filled with natural phenomena and technology, fascinating both children and adults. For those interested in history, the History Center Dybbøl Banke is a must, where you can delve into the drama and events of the war in 1864. Sønderborg, the largest city in the area, offers a range of activities, including a visit to Sønderborg Castle, a stroll along the beautiful waterfront, and shopping in the charming pedestrian street. This summer house is the perfect place for a relaxing and enriching holiday, with both nature and culture at your fingertips. Note: Not for commercial rental.

Velkommen til Alsleben, en fantastisk stråtækt ejendom, beliggende på en stor naturgrund. For enden af den fortryllende allé er der adgang til skøn privat strand og stort glamping telt. Her er masser af plads til at nyde ferien og børn er godt underholdt af den store trampolin, den insektlignende træstamme, gynge, legetøj og stranden, hvor der kan soppes og dyrkes vandsport. Nb: Stranden tager sig forskelligt ud alt efter vind og vejrforhold. (Få min. gang til Kerneland, som altid er badevenlig)

This is a bright peaceful apartment close to the town, shopping, and the sea. You can walk along the sea to the beach and local park or across the bridge into the town of Sønderborg. The apartment has a separate bedroom with one large bed or two singles. The couch folds out into a bed for two. There is a full kitchen and dining room and spacious livingroom. There is also a nice outdoor sitting area with BBQ and a view of the flower garden.
