Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. There is a dog on the property, her name is Ella. No Smoking on the entire property.

We are so pleased to be offering for rental this renovated Casita (little cottage). Situated in the grounds of Villa La Gaviota, it is a stand alone 1 bedroom house with its own private bathroom and shower facilities. It can accommodate 1-2 people comfortably and has two single beds, TV, Fridge, Wi-Fi, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Ceiling Fan and small veranda. It can be rented separately from the main villa. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING.
