Nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside, the Little Cider Barn takes pride of place in the grounds of Appletree Hill gites, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy time together. A tiny house with everything you need, luxury bed linen, bathrobes and a nordic spa all included in the price! Close to the historic town of Villedieu les Poeles, less than an hour from Mont St Michel, the D day beaches, just half an hour to some of the most spectacular coastline in lower Normandy.

En plein bocage Normand, dans un paisible écrin de verdure vous vous laisserez séduire par le charme de ce gîte atypique de pur style Shabby, construit tout en bois, situé à 10 minutes de tous commerces, Villers bocage charmante petite ville, et accès autoroute A84. A 30 minutes de Bayeux et des plages du Débarquement, du viaduc de la Souleuvre pour le saut à l'élastique et la Suisse normande avec Clécy, Canoë et escalade. A une heure du Mont-Saint-Michel et de Deauville, des incontournables.

Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" en Normandie

Notre ancien fournil est une partie de notre corps de ferme. Au rez - de - chaussée, il est pourvu d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de douche avec toilettes. A l'étage, une chambre mansardée dispose de 3 lits indépendants. A l'extérieur, nos hôtes ont accès à une terrasse privée avec du mobilier de jardin. La wifi est gratuite. Un petit déjeuner (pain paysan, confiture) est proposé sur demande pour 5 euros par personne. Proche de la voie verte, les promeneurs apprécieront cette halte.

Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.

Former cowshed, this cosy dwelling has been completely rebuilt and kitted out with a goal to being carbon neutral.
